The best way to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible is to have an additional person acting as an Entertainment Coordinator. Kami (your Entertainment Coordinator) will handle all pre-event entertainment planning and assist in preparing a customized wedding itinerary, acting similarly to a day-of coordinator on the actual day of the wedding.

Kami takes responsibility for all the details of the timeline, coordinating with each vendor and putting everyone involved in the right place for each special event. While the music is being played and programmed by Brandon, Kami can pay attention to all the little details so that you and your loved ones don’t have to. Her role is to keep your wedding day as stress-free as possible while guiding you through each step.

Kami also loves attending your rehearsal and running it to ensure everyone knows their role on the wedding day. Her ultimate goal is to make your wedding stress-free and flow smoothly so you can spend your time and attention on those you have chosen to spend the day with.
